Class Preparation

• Fee is $132 for 12 weeks.

• Full payment is due the first day of class. This can be paid with two checks, one post-dated for the 6th week.

• Refunds are $25 before the 2nd class.

• Drop-ins are $13.

• PLEASE come early and get settled.
I start on time.

• Bring a sticky mat (sticky mats are available for sale in the class if you need one).

• Wear comfortable clothing, dress in layers if its cold.

• Come with an empty stomach and a full heart. No meals for 2 hours before class.

• Missed classes can be made up in my other classes during the session.

• Once you sign up for a class then you essentially have bought your space. If you have to cancel, and it is before the 2nd class, you are only obligated to pay $25. After that, you pay the full price of the class.

• Usually there is a little waiting list to get into any of the classes. If a class is full, ask to be added to the waiting list for the time and day of your choice. I will contact you once your name comes to the top of the list, and confirm your interest.

• All current students get first priority.
